How To Scale Parametric Shape Strokes & Maintain Stroke Width:

1. Deselect All Layers
2. Select Shape Tool (Rectangle)
3. Uncheck ‘Bezier Path’ checkbox
4. Select Fill & Stroke Color
5. Drag out Parametric Shape
6. Twirl open Shape Layers
7. Twirl open Rectangle
8. Adjust Size Property to Scale up/down and maintain Stroke Width

How To Scale Bezier Shape Strokes & Maintain Stroke Width:

1. Deselect All Layers
2. Select Pen Tool (or Shape Tool & Tick ‘Bezier’ checkbox)
3. Select Fill & Stroke Color
4. Use Pen Tool or Shape Tool To Create Bezier Shape Layer
5. Twirl open Shape Layers
6. Twirl open Path 1
7. Select ‘Stroke’ group
8. Drag it on top op ‘Contents’ to move it below Layer Transform Properties
9. Twirl open Layer Transform Properties
10. Click Link icon to Un-constrain Proportions
11. Adjust Scale & Stroke Width will be maintained

How To Scale RotoBezier Shape Strokes & Maintain Stroke Width:

1. Deselect All Layers
2. Select Pen Tool
3. Tick ‘RotoBezier’ checkbox
4. Select Fill & Stroke Color
5. Use Pen Tool or Shape Tool To Create RotoBezier Shape Layer
6. Twirl open Shape Layers
7. Twirl open Path 1
8. Select ‘Stroke’ group
9. Drag it on top op ‘Contents’ to move it below Layer Transform Properties
10. Twirl open Layer Transform Properties
11. Click Link icon to Un-constrain Proportions
12. Adjust Scale & Stroke Width will be maintained
