How To Use the Mini Flowchart in Adobe After Effects CC 2022:

  1. Open Composition with Layers & Pre-Comps
  2. Move the cursor anywhere in the Composition
  3. Press the Tab Key to open the Mini Flowchart
  4. The Mini Flowchart will be displayed wherever the cursor is located

How To Open Pre-Comps (Nested Layers)

  1. Move the cursor anywhere in the Composition
  2. Press the Tab Key to open the Mini Flowchart
  3. The Mini Flowchart will be displayed wherever the cursor is located
  4. Click on any Pre-comp in the hierarchal menu to open the Pre-Comp

Composition Navigator:

  1. Press the Tab Key to open Mini Flowchart
  2. Look for the ‘breadcrumbs’ above the Comp Window

How To Hide Composition Navigator:

  1. Press the Hamburger Menu (3 horizontal lines) next to Comp Navigator
  2. Uncheck ‘Show Composition Navigator’
