How To Resize Layer Scale Dimensions in Adobe After Effects CC 2024:

1. Open Composition
2. Add Shapes, Graphics, Images to layers
3. Select Layer to Resize
4. Go to Layer Menu at the top
5. Select ‘Transform’…’Scale
6. Width & Height Values at the top
7. Click to change value or hover cursor to scrub
8. Change Units to ‘Pixels, Inches, Millimeters, %Source, %Composition)
9. Set Preserve to ‘None’ to Freeform Transform
10. Set Preserve to ‘Current Aspect Ratio’ to change proportionately
11. Enter preferred dimensions
12. Click ‘OK’ to Resize
