How To Use Interpret Footage in Adobe After Effects CC 2022:

  1. Create a new composition 30-seconds in duration
  2. Import looping texture Video Footage
  3. Select the looping texture file in the Project Bin
  4. Right-click and select Interpret Footage…Main
  5. Go to the bottom of the pop-up window where it says ‘Other Options’
  6. Look for ‘Loop’ and click the cursor in the field and enter a large number such as 10 or more
  7. Go to layer in the timeline and extend the clip at the ends to fill up the timeline
