Answer: Yes, two tells: 1) if a Chat option appears when flipping up from someone’s story, they’re following back; 2) a visible SnapScore on their profile also confirms it.

Step 1: start with Google Drive and Dropbox for documents and small essentials carried around for years — tax records, PDFs, driver’s license, passport, health insurance card.
Step 2: two local external hard drives, with Time Machine running on one of them. LaCie and Other World Computing are favorites; Western Digital and G-Technology drives have also worked well.
Step 3: cloud storage via Backblaze. Other cloud storage options: Crashplan, Carbonite.
