Grok Never Clocks Out
xAI has launched Grok Bot, a fleet of always-on AI agents that get their own computer and work directly inside the tools and apps you already use, day and night.
🗞️ AI News of The Week: Introducing Grok Bot
xAI has launched Grok Bot, a fleet of always-on AI agents that get their own computer and work directly inside the tools and apps you already use, day and night.
Why this matters:
- Real autonomy: Grok Bot doesn’t just chat, it operates its own computer to actually complete tasks the way a human employee would.
- Always working: These agents run 24/7, so work keeps moving even while you sleep.
- Works where you work: No new platform to learn. Grok Bot operates inside your existing tools and apps.
- Competitive pressure: xAI is racing OpenAI and Anthropic to own the “AI employee” category, which means faster progress for everyone.
🧠 AI Term of The Week: YAML
Definition: YAML is a human-readable text format used to write configuration files and structured data that both people and computers can easily read. Front matter (the top part of Markdown documents) is typically written in YAML (“YAML Ain’t Markup Language”).

Explain It Like I’m 5: It’s like writing a to-do list with indents instead of a messy paragraph, so anyone (including a computer) can follow the order at a glance.
Why it matters now:
- Most AI and dev tools, from n8n workflows to Claude Code configs, use YAML under the hood, so recognizing it helps you troubleshoot faster.
💬 Quote of the Week
“I intend to live forever. So far, so good.” — Steven Wright
🧰 AI Tool of The Week: Umami

Umami is a free, open-source, privacy-focused web analytics platform built as a lightweight alternative to Google Analytics.
Why I use it:
- It has a very clean dashboard that makes it easy to see your website traffic and other useful data. You can do the same in Google Analytics, only Umami is much easier to use and is big on privacy (GA not so much).
What it does:
- Tracks pageviews, visitors, and referral sources without cookies or personal data collection.
- Can be self-hosted for free or run on Umami’s own cloud service.
